 Your appointment is very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes

 re-scheduling &  adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 service fee. 

No call/No show appointments are subject to a charge of 50% of the value of the services reserved.

To reserve any service we require a credit or debit card be held on file | Your card will not be charged unless one of the appointment cancellation policies are violated. 

Late arrival to your reservation may result in rescheduling or changing or shortening service(s) reserved dependent on the stylists schedule.  

 Children are only permitted in the salon while receiving a service.  For safety and insurance purposed, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are receiving a service.  We do not have the facility to care for children and regularly use sharp & hot tools as well as chemicals which can be very dangerous to children.  We love children and hope you understand we cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of other guests.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.   

Cash or cards are accepted at our salon. We wanted to let you know that we do charge a convenience fee of 3.99% to use our debit/credit card machine so feel free to bring cash to avoid extra chares being added to your services. We cant wait to see you soon.
